Meet the Designer

Hi there, and thank you for stopping by! My name is Melanie and I am the designer behind Paper Layer Cake. I hold a 4 year degree in art and am a self-taught graphic designer with a love for paper, watercolors, and botanical elements.

The Shop

I design my own stationery with watercolors from a collection of my favorite artists from all over the world. Each product is printed, cut, assembled and packaged by me, in my studio in Columbus, Ohio.

Die Cut Notecards

I also enjoy designing and handcrafting die cut cards. This is where Paper Layer Cake gets it's unique name...notes with layers of paper that create sweet keepsake cards.
